Matthew chapter 24:4-6, “Take heed (pay attention to; take notice of) that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, saying, “I am the Christ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. “
DO YOU SEE ALL THESE GREAT BUILDINGS?
Matthew
24:2, Jesus said to them,
Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, (definitely, certainly) I say to
you not one stone shall be left here upon another that shall not be thrown down.”
Jesus disciples did not understand. Jesus was telling them, “You see these buildings? There will not be one stone that will remain upon another. All these good buildings, all these palaces people depend on and put all their security in; police in the gates with the cars is going to be no more! Where will the people stay? If the mountain’s we now see are going to be removed?
So, you need to know this is only the beginning of some terrible times coming on the Earth! The Bible tells us, the nations will be shaken! We will hear of wars and rumors of wars! The named disease, coronavirus has been referred to as war. A war on a global scale the nations are battling. It is raging and taking the lives of people and putting fear in the hearts of most all over the world! The nations are shaken! Causing social distancing. Authorities are urging and, in some cases, demanding people to stay at home! Churches are being ordered closed or no more than 10 people gathering, which most churches mean closed because there are more than 10 members. Pastors opting rather to stream live worship services online!
The word of God says, these times will be like a woman who is pregnant!
There is a time the child is preparing the mother for it to be outside of her body, her womb! She will feel rushing or labor pains. Some are fearful and will run to the hospital! Others will wait a little while longer. People will be around her for encouragement and comfort and some husband’s will be there looking to what’s going on until the time for the child to be born.
Before “true” labor begins, you might have “false” labor pains, also known as Braxton Hicks contractions. These irregular uterine contractions are perfectly normal and might start to occur from your fourth month of pregnancy. They are your body’s way of getting ready for the “real thing.”
This is what’s going on today and since the fall of mankind. I too believe, we are in the end of the end times! We are in labor pains for the Coming of the Lord Jesus to Rapture the Church!
Jesus says,” Many will be deceived! Nations will rise against nation and kingdoms against kingdoms. There will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places all these are the beginning of sorrows. See you are not troubled, for all these things must come to pass but the end is not yet!” These are the beginnings of sorrows. Sorrows meaning troubles, worries or cries! Just recently locusts had made its way to the African continent (pestilences)! Last week, an earthquake in state of Utah (earthquakes in divers places)!
Jesus has already told us what’s going to happen!
The Prophet Daniel so many years before Christ gave a prophecy about fear coming on the earth. Daniel, unlike so many people today, after seeing this vision of troubles coming, sought the face of God and prayed! I would guess, most are not seeking God, even those who go to church and profess to be believer’s! The Prophet Daniel saw trouble and asked God what did this mean? Daniel took a step towards God because he had relationship with God and because he fellowshipped with God every day! He knew God and more than this, he feared God!
What does it mean to Fear God? To have a deep respect, reverence or devotion!
Daniel walked with and talked to God! It was a lifestyle not an event or season when times became rough! He loved God with all his heart! So Daniel asked God, what did this vision mean? God answered Daniel, not to worry. That these things were coming not at his time. For Jesus had not come to save men yet! Now, it’s been over 2,000 years that Jesus has come, gone to the cross and God rose Him from the dead! But these things are happening in our time and will continue to happen one after another before the Day These things you need to know are already planned. People will accuse each other. The enemy will use anybody that is usable. Through this the love of many will be cold because people will see this one’s wrong, accusing one another or saying, this one is bad and being selfish. We see it in the world today. So many people do not care for one another anymore. Social distancing has been happening long before today, slowly by slowly. Most were not aware. Friendship oftentimes is on a temporary basis. Insincere promises are made and broken. When you have a valuable relationship broken, you should feel this. In contrast, when you have a sincere relationship and fellowship with God, it will remain. God will keep you if you want to be kept!
The Bible also speaks of false Christs and false prophets arising! Don’t believe them! Jesus says unless the days are shortened, the very elect will be deceived, and no one will make it!
Are you prepared to meet the Lord?
Yes, the word says when you see these things happening on the earth, don’t be troubled, the end is not yet! Be sure, we are in the season of false labor. But it will happen! The church, not a building, but a body of believer’s, will be raptured up and taken out of the times yet to come!
Today, people are preparing, not to meet the Lord but to wait out this virus with hoarding food and toilet paper. Not caring about anyone else but themselves. Some are just waiting for the virus to be over so they can return to their same lives, unchanged. Not repenting! Truly, you must know, what we are experiencing today, the Bible says will be much worse if you miss the Rapture of the Believer’s! One shall arise saying he has the answer for the whole world. He will be the Antichrist. A time is coming, toilet paper will not be the issue, where you will not be able to buy food or sell unless you take his mark, the Mark of the Beast. How many will remain faithful to God then, it will be hard! But there will be few!
All these are signs that Jesus, the King is coming! Like it or not! Don’t be deceived, His delay is so that as many as possible will be saved! It’s not like some believe, Jesus is coming for everybody, no! Some will remain here. It will be like a couple at home and the wife is upstairs and notices her husband is no longer sitting downstairs or the children. Cannot find them anywhere. Or the husband goes upstairs to check on the wife, cannot find her. How terrible will it be? You need to think about it. The children will remain without the parents or the parents will remain without the children how bad will it be? There will be chaos and people frantic when babies ae suddenly taken from mother’s arms because the mother was not a believer and God will take the child who had no time to make a choice. Will force people to run to the police, your family member, friend, neighbors running everybody’s running. The police also running up and down because other police are missing! It will be a bad moment on the earth but in heaven, it will be a glorious time filled with joy for those who have been raptured! Telling Jesus, we have suffered a lot but hearing Jesus, say, “Welcome, enter in and enjoy all of my goodness I have prepared for you!
John 14:1-4, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you and if I go and prepare a place for you. I will come again and receive you to myself. That where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
Those raptured to Heaven will never remember the one left behind. But those who are left behind, will be holding people in their hearts and struggling! It is sad if people’s hearts will not turn to God. Sad too, after the fears of this virus have past and you are shaken a little bit in the sense you do not examine yourself and repent of things in your life and turn to God. Don’t harden your hearts! All these things will happen. God cannot lie! If in Noah’s time, the people had repented, nothing would have happened. The rain would not have come, at least not then. But the people continued to be disobedient and all perished except Noah’s family!
I encourage you to turn to God not just for temporary fear of the virus or disease but an everlasting heart change of total surrender to serve the living God! Don’t fear death. Death is nothing to God for all those who die in Christ, will rise again! But those who fear death and don’t want to repent, will die in your sin and a judgment day, God has set aside is coming for you because you did not receive His gift of salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ!
Be sincere and turn to God! God will save you!
Romans 10:13, “For all who call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.”
